It watches tubing and casing pressure, flowline temperature, and flow/no-flow, and turns them into the calls a pumper makes standing at the tree: the flowline is about to freeze, the casing trend says the well is loading up, the well quit flowing an hour after the last visit. You get the warning by phone, not by driving out to find it.

Tank Gauge
Level, fill rate, and a haul-by date — without climbing the ladder.
Mounts on top of the tank at the thief-hatch area, no penetration below the liquid line. It tracks level and fill/draw rate and projects a haul-by estimate, so trucks get called on the tank's schedule instead of a guess. A draw the pumper didn't order shows up as an alert, and paired with the Pumpjack Controller, a full tank stops the pump instead of topping the berm.

Modbus Bridge
The gear you already own, on the same screen as everything else.
Most leases already have instruments that speak Modbus — a plunger-lift controller, a flow computer, a VFD — each with its own display and nobody looking at it. The Bridge snaps onto a DIN rail, wires to mains, and puts any of them on the platform next to your wellheads and tanks. It's the cheapest way onto the platform, and usually the first payback: alarms from equipment that's been talking to an empty room for years.
